At the start of the year, nutritionists will explain how and when to eat, hydrate, sleep, according to your schedule for matches, workouts, and rest time.
Your food budget, given by the academy, allows you to buy everything you need for a healthy diet and consistent with your pace of high performance athlete.

In 2014, our academy's first team turned semi-professional, joining the 5th division of the Scottish Leagues and raising the level of competition for our players.
In 2019, we underwent a transformative rebranding from ’Edusport Academy' to 'Caledonian Braves’ – a name chosen by our passionate global fanbase. The club is now owned by over 9,000 owners, with 90% of them coming from the United States, demonstrating our strong presence and influence in the American soccer market.
This unique model has attracted high-profile celebrity investors, helping elevate our club’s profile and fueling its continued growth.
